Can you create custom jewellery, including engagement rings?
Yes. We specialise in custom, bespoke jewellery design. You can work with our designers to create any bespoke item, including engagement ring, wedding band, earrings and bangles tailored to your preferences and vision. Please read our guide to creating your unique piece.

What metals are best for engagement rings?
Popular choices include 9ct, 18ct gold (yellow, white, or rose) platinum and palladium. Platinum is durable and hypoallergenic, while gold offers versatility and classic appeal. However, if you have a bespoke item created with us, it will go through a nickel release test. This means that the any metal you select will be hypoallergenic.

We offer a wide range of jewellery, including engagement rings, wedding bands, eternity rings, bracelets, earrings, signet rings and pendants. Our collections feature gold, platinum, silver, diamonds, gemstones and Lab grown diamonds and gems.

Yes. All our diamonds are ethically sourced and certified by internationally recognised laboratories such as GIA or IGI. Our certified diamonds come with documentation detailing cut, colour, clarity, and carat weight - on request.

How does the custom jewellery process work?

Custom jewellery typically takes between 3–6 weeks, depending on design complexity.

Yes, we will work with you to create a design, and can utilise the existing gold and stones to build it.

Yes. We understand how precious your old pieces are, and we will take great care when repairing in our UK workshop.
