By submitting an order, you are accepting these terms and conditions.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions on the Toulson Jones Jewellers website. Please read them carefully. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
We may change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are entered on to the website. You will be asked to read and accept our Terms and Conditions each time you place any order to make certain that you are familiar with the most current version.
You will have a chance to check and amend any errors within your order in the shopping basket before you go through to the checkout. After you have submitted your order we will confirm your order. Alternatively, we may decline all or part of your order for any reason, in which case our order confirmation email will tell you so.
Prices and Payment
All prices and charges on this site are in Pounds Sterling (UK). The prices include VAT; delivery charges are not included but are worked out for you in the shopping basket. For details see the delivery section below. The total cost of your order will be the price of products ordered, plus the appropriate delivery charge. These details will be shown clearly in the shopping basket before you have submitted your order. Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before, but not after, we accept your order. If something becomes unavailable we may suggest that you visit our store or in some cases suggest an alternative.
If you have found and item elsewhere that we stock, by pressing the price match button we will do our very best to match price where possible but the final cost is down to the discretion of Toulson Jones Jewellers.
IMPORTANT: We try our hardest to make certain that all information on this website is correct, if we find a problem and discover the error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we may cancel your order at any time up to the point we send you the product(s). We will contact you when we become aware of any error and ask if you wish to continue with your order at the correct price or cancel the order completely. If you decide to cancel your order in this instance you will receive a refund of any moneys paid. Our shopping area accepts payment by most major credit and debit cards. Payment is deducted when we process your order. If for some reason you experience any difficulty contact us directly and we can arrange alternative payment options.
Restrictions - Limits on Orders
Purchases from the Toulson Jones Jewellers website:
The purchaser is responsible for deciding on the suitability of the goods offered for any particular use and for the consequences arising from modification of the goods. Descriptions are given in good faith by our suppliers, but Toulson Jones Jewellers do not guarantee their accuracy. Goods are subject to availability; Toulson Jones Jewellers will not be responsible for compensating the purchaser for any other losses, which may be suffered if we cannot supply the goods.
Delivery must be to an address in the United Kingdom. All deliveries must be signed for. Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.
For certain goods we will specify an expected delivery date. Prices for deliveries will be calculated for you, some are more than others due to the weight and type of postage.
In all other cases set out below, delivery times are calculated in working days in most instances orders take 3 working days, some items can take up to 28 days for delivery for example the handmade items such as engagement rings, eternity rings and some wedding rings. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay. If you have a deadline please call directly. We will do our best to inform you of any delay in you order request by Email or by telephone.
IMPORTANT: We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified in this section. However, these cannot be guaranteed as occasionally delivery times may be affected by factor beyond our control e.g. problems obtaining authorisation for your payment, obtaining stock. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay. We will do our best to inform you of any delay in you order request by Email or by telephone.
Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Orders
No liability for any claim for missing, damage or non-functionality shall be accepted unless Toulson Jones Jewellers are notified in writing by the purchaser within seven days of delivery. Email (email@example.com )will be accepted as notification. No liability for any claim for missing items such as manuals, etc. shall be accepted unless Touslon Jones Jewellers are notified in writing by the purchaser within seven days of delivery.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have a “cooling off period” of seven working days after receipt of goods in which you must inform us that you wish to return goods for a full refund. After this time the item is none returnable. Items returned for a refund must be returned in stock condition, unused, in original packaging and with any documentation. Stock condition would be described as the product being in new condition, not damaged or marked in any way. You must first contact us via email or letter before returning any item. The item/s must arrive at our offices within 15 days of our despatch date to you. Toulson Jones Jewellers will not accept goods for credit or rectification unless such return has been authorised by Toulson Jones Jewellers. Special orders i.e. goods not usually stocked by Toulson Jones Jewellers, or items with a hygiene requirement such as earrings, will not be eligible for return. The purchaser shall unless otherwise stated, be responsible for the cost of outward and return carriage and insurance of all goods returned by the purchaser to Toulson Jones Jewellers for service or credit. Goods shall be at the risk of the purchaser until actual receipt of the goods by Toulson Jones Jewellers. The onus of proof of safe delivery shall rest with the purchaser. No credit shall be allowed for goods until they have been received complete and checked.
If any part of these terms and condition shall be found to be unlawful it shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remainder of the conditions. This contract is and shall be deemed to have been made in England and shall in all respects be governed by English Law.

We, and our suppliers own the copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all material and content on this website, which you may use, download, copy, publish, transmit or otherwise make available by any other means only for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use or reproduction of the material or content is strictly prohibited.
You may not create any link to this website without our prior written consent, nor may you restrict or inhibit the use or enjoyment of it by anyone else.
Certain links in this site i.e. image or logo will lead to sites, which are not under the control of Toulson Jones Jewellers. When you activate any of these you will leave the Toulson Jones Jewellers website and Toulson Jones Jewellers has no control over and will accept no responsibility or liability for the material on any site, which is not under the control of Toulson Jones Jewellers.

We accept no responsibility or liability for the content or operation of websites which are not under our Toulson Jones Jewellers control. We are required by law to tell you that sales can be concluded in English only and that no public filing requirements apply.
Items sold on this website are generally intended for normal domestic and consumer use and not for resale or commercial use. We reserve the right to refuse access to this website, to remove or edit content, or to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
