The Seiko Speedtimer, first launched in 1969, was the world’s first ever automatic chronograph with a column wheel and vertical clutch. The brand’s strong innovative watchmaking heritage is continued into the present day with this classic chronograph design, updated with a solar movement.This Speedtimer is inspired by the aesthetic of 1960s red classic European cars. Its sapphire crystal glass enhances the matte textured dial and orange index with echoes of a vintage car speedometer.
